The RF based Destination Display was solely designed for Indian railways. The LED display screens placed outside the railway coaches show source and destination information along with train name and train numbers. This display is water and weather resistant. The displayed messages can be updated with a remote control unit from the station. The RF based Destination Display System eliminated the hassle of changing the destination messages physically. Moreover the bright LED displays are much easier to read even in day light.
Working Principle
The client can select the train Number on the remote control unit with the help of a Wireless controlled Destination Loader, using the “LOAD” button. Up and Down keys are also provided for easy navigation.
When pressing the ENTER button the selected information will be transmitted across train coaches. All display boards will start displaying the required information (Train Number, Train Name and Destination) as scrolling display.
The Information displayed by the RF based Destination Display: are Train Number, Train Name and Destination etc.

Focuz Vehicle Tracking and Management System is a comprehensive fleet management solution that made vehicle management effortless than ever before. Focuz VTMS help the user to keep track of their vehicles from anywhere with its web based applications. That is complete control of your fleet at fingertips. Moreover, various reports and alerts keep the client updated on events regular intervals.
Focuz Vehicle Tracking and Management System consist of custom designed electronic device installed on the vehicle and a base station. The client can track the vehicle's location, collecting data in the process in user-friendly reports and electronic map information from anywhere over the internet.
Focuz VTMS has two major components, the base station and a Vehicle Mounted Unit (VMU). VMU receives GPS packets containing locus, time, speed etc information and send this to the base station. Once this data has been received, information on fuel, speed etc are displayed and the current position of the vehicle will be shown as Digital Map representation on clients PC. The output and reports can be obtained in customized formats, depends on the requirements. Fleet management can be done very efficiently based on this information.
The Focuz VTMS can transmit information in two ways: continuously through GPRS or intermittently through SMS. GPRS-based transmission is suitable for industrial and enterprise applications, where uninterrupted monitoring is required.
Focuz VTMS was custom built for the Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre (VSSC) and Kerala Police Department. This was designed to monitor their fleet’s activities on a regular basis and report them in a very user-friendly fashion, which enabled enhanced fleet management.

Focuz Passenger Information System was initially developed for Indian Railways. This enables real time display of the following travel friendly information (in multiple languages), inside the coaches while on move.

Name of the approaching/next stopping station
Distance to the next stopping station in kilometers (with a down count of 10 KM in advance)
Current speed of the train
Focuz PIS, the GPS based Passenger Information System (PIS), is specifically developed for Indian Railways, following RDSO specifications. The Focuz PIS has, developed entirely in-house and competes with the world-class technology, which is certified by ERTL as per IEC 60571.

Exact location of the train is identified with the help of GPS
The Focuz PIS device, extracts the required data from the data packets received from the Satellite
Relevant information is then displayed on the LED/LCD screen as scrolling displays

Focuz Insta Messenger was primarily designed for one of the leading financial institutions; the State Bank of Travancore, to display customized messages on display boards located at various branches and ATM’s. One of the main features of the FIM is that it can display desired messages in all display units simultaneously, whether it’s a customer information or advertisement of their products. This ensures that all display units show the exact data which is sent from the main station, no matter where the display units are located.
FIM has a base station, which is interfaced with Insta Messenger software and LED display board. One base station can send messages to over 70 display units, placed at different locations simultaneously.

Customized text messages are created using the Insta Messenger software
These messages are converted into SMS at the base station and then send to different remote located LED display units
On receiving this SMS, Display units extract and display the exact content of the message in a scrolling format

GPS synchronized clocks are designed to display accurate time at various locations of Indian Railways. Even most modern electronic clocks are vulnerable and show inaccurate time due to various reasons such as temperature variation, tear and wear and weather differences. On the other hand, the GPS Clocks are highly accurate and reliable with its advanced GPS based technology.
GPS based Clocks are placed at Railway stations and platforms of Indian Railways. Satellite signals are used to keep the right time; hence, it ensures that the time displayed is precise always.
Working Principle
GPS Clock receives signals from satellites
Using design circuitry, local RTC will be synchronized with the GPS time, and the correct time is displayed automatically

Local time display uses large, bright LED digits
Display can be switched between 12 and 24 hour modes
It is possible to Interface the GPS time with personal computer.
Coach Indication and Coach Summary Board were designed for Indian Railways, Visakhapattanam for providing up to date passenger information. Coach Indication Board is a double side display which shows the exact coach positions of passenger trains and is hanged from overhead hooks in the platforms.
In a railway station, each platform is designed to accommodate a Train with up to 25 coaches. Often it is difficult for the passengers waiting in the platform to identify exact location of their coaches. However, the coach indication boards located just outside every coach shows respective information, so passengers can find out the exact position of the coach and train number with ease, while it stops in the platform.
A Coach Summary Board is a huge LED screen, placed at the main entrance of the Railway Station. It has a 6 line display facility. The first line displays the train number and name, source, destination, arrival and departure time, platform number etc and the second line, coach summary details in a structured way. At a time, details of up to three passenger trains can be shown on this Coach Summary Board.
For Coach Indication and Coach Summary Boards, display information is sent from a PC, and each display communication is done through RS 485 communication mode.
