Construction field is booming, hence, heavy equipments like Cranes and Power Generators have huge demand it never had before. Most construction companies rent them to overcome the acute shortage. One of the problems in construction field is the hardship to monitor costly equipments which are used at sites for continuous hours without proper supervision and service.

Focuz Remote Equipment Monitoring System (REMS) is a comprehensive solution for this. It can monitor essential parameters and current location of these equipments at specific intervals and transmit this data onto a server PC located at the Base station via GSM/GPRS. For example, In the case of a Power Generator, details of locus, fuel, coolant temperature, operating hours etc. will be displayed on clients PC. If it is a Crane, information on Hydraulic pressure, coolant temperature, locus, hours etc. will be displayed on the PC screen and it can be accessed from anywhere just with an internet connection.

If any of these vital parameters are violated, the Monitoring Control Unit will send alert messages via sms or email alerts. The Monitoring Control Unit is designed to perform even an emergency shutdown upon receiving SMS command from the base station.
